About this policy

This policy describes how Durability LLC uses information in the Durability website and iPhone app to provide personal-training services. Contact us at durabilityllc@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Information you provide

Depending on what you or your trainer enter, your records may include:

• Account and contact details, including name, email address and phone number.
• Assigned programs, session dates, exercise results, workout history and trainer notes.
• Body weight, body-fat readings, measurements and progress photos.
• Food logs and photos, nutrition targets and recipes.
• Consultation answers, health history and blood or hormone panel results.

Health information and photos can be sensitive. Enter only information you want to use for your training.

How information is used

Durability LLC uses client information to operate accounts, provide assigned workouts, record sessions, display calendars and progress, support trainer–client communication and deliver invitations. Information also supports nutrition and health-record features you choose to use.

Sharing and service providers

Durability LLC does not sell client information or use advertising trackers. Sharing is limited to your trainer and service providers used to operate the app, such as hosting, account access, record and photo storage, email delivery and requested AI processing.

Photo-based food estimates and AI recipe imports involve processing the photo, text or recipe content submitted for that feature. Estimates are not medical advice.

Progress photos marked private are not displayed to your trainer. Photos you choose to share are available to your trainer. Training and health entries may be visible to your linked trainer as part of your client record.

Account access and device storage

The app uses browser or device storage for sign-in sessions, saved preferences and locally saved app data. Sign out when using a shared device.

External links

Shop products, lab-ordering links and exercise videos can open third-party websites. Purchases, lab orders and information you provide on those sites are subject to their privacy policies. Review their policies before submitting information.

Review, correction and deletion requests

You can review available records in the app and ask your trainer to correct entries. To request a copy of your information, deletion of records or deletion of your account, email durabilityllc@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting. Do not include blood results or other sensitive health details in your email.
